Your shipping confirmation will be received only when your items are fulfilled. Please fill in your both account email and order number in order to monitor order status or you can contact official@orlinajewelry.com to see the order status.
Note: The shipping time will be affected by public holidays, destination countries (especially shipping addresses outside the USA or Canada), bad weather during international couriers.

Delivery Information & Customer Responsibility
l For delivering successfully, we suggest leaving your mobile number during checkout process.
l Unsuccessful delivery caused by mobile number can not be compensated.
l If the shipping address is incomplete or incorrect, reshipment may require a longer waiting period due to additional processing time. Please note that any delays or lost packages caused by an incorrect address will be the responsibility of the customer.
Duties and Taxes
l We ship to over 220 countries worldwide. For orders shipped outside of the United States, it is the recipient’s responsibility to ensure the product can be legally imported into the destination country/region.
l The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees upon arrival.
l Duties, customs fees, and taxes are non-refundable. If a shipment is rejected due to unexpected import charges, the total order cost (including original shipping fees and any return shipping costs) will not be refunded.
l Customs policies vary by country. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Customs clearance procedures may cause delivery times to exceed our original estimates.
Lost or Stolen Packages
l We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. All shipments are insured, and buyers assume responsibility for filing claims with the carrier.
l If you cannot locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier first to initiate a claim.
l Based on the carrier’s claim result, we may or may not be able to offer a replacement.
l If you need a reshipment in the future, please contact us so we can help ensure safer delivery arrangements.

Order
Order processing: Within 48 hours of receiving the order, we will start the order confirmation and production process. If you need to change the order information within 48 hours after purchase, you can notify us by email within 48 hours. If not, the default order information is assumed to be correct.
Estimated delivery time: Currently, the expected delivery time from your purchase to receipt is 3 to 5 weeks. Sometimes, due to holiday seasons or a large number of orders, the production time may be extended.
Rush order processing: If you purchase Rush Order and Priority Shipping, your package will arrive 4-6 days earlier than the normal delivery time. Please contact us via email beforehand to verify if your expected delivery date can be achieved.
Email notifications after purchase: After a successful purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email. After the product is produced and shipped successfully, we will email you the tracking number for you to track. If you have any questions, please contact us via email at official@orlinajewelry.com.
If there are any shipping issues or lost packages, please contact customer service, and we will help you remake or refund.
